Hello world! For those of you who don’t know by now, I’m currently working as the Art Director for an iPhone/Droid app. that two of my friends (From the kendo team no less) are trying to launch known as Project Purple.
Catch monsters on your morning commute. Battle in real time with people you meet at the coffee shop. Find new monsters in new places. Project Purple turns your daily routine into an adventure.
Project Purple is a game in development that will bring the “catch and battle monsters” style to your phone along with a suite of new features. We’re taking the basic gameplay you love and adding things like persistent world Player versus Player competition, balanced gameplay, geo-tagging and time-dependent monsters and events, sharply balanced and competitive gameplay, and most-importantly, a lot of beautiful and original monsters.I for one stress that Project Purple is working hard to release a game that looks unique, with monsters that draw from all kinds of folklore ranging from South East Asia to Scandinavia — we hope to release a game that, yes, draws on the type of “monster-battle-and-collect-em-all” mentality we grew up with, but that also appeals to a crowd itching for good art and good story.:D SO UHHH please keep on the lookout and, if you can, like this page!
